Zeng, owner and chef, served as Head Chef of the four-star
Guangdong Hotel in Canton, China for over 10 years. The elite
Guangdong caters primarily to the very rich. After arriving
in the United States, Mr. Zeng was employed by the Imperial
Tea House in Boston's Chinatown, also as Head Chef. One year
later, he and his wife opened North Garden.
